We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in the DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions department at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future and driving digital transformation across our global sites.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the project management disciplines on behalf of IT & Automation, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Develop and implement IT, Automation, and digital solutions that balance speed, simplicity, and scalability.
- Collaborate with technology partners and site work package owners to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure compliance and quality in all aspects of the project.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer, Information- and Communication Technology, or similar.
- Significant experience in industrial automation projects, preferably with greenfield projects.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: MES, PCS, IOT, PLC, and Industry 4.0.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire project teams.
