We're a rapidly expanding organization with staff based at our production and test facilities in Forres, Scotland, and Copenhagen, Denmark. Our cutting-edge rocket fuel technology boasts a 96% lower carbon footprint compared to comparable vehicles, driving innovations in propulsion and tank structures. Our state-of-the-art re-flight system enables us to recover and reuse our technology, and advancements in separation mechanisms ensure we leave no debris in orbit.

Having developed in-house production capabilities, we can 3D print complex engines, manufacture full-scale carbon composite fuel tanks, and operate avionics and software testing labs in both Scotland and Denmark.

In this role, you will be based in Copenhagen, right at the heart of our fast-paced, cutting-edge company. You will leverage your skills to help build a new launch vehicle for a thriving commercial market.

The Role: HR and Facilities Leader

This leadership position oversees all people-related matters in Denmark, ensuring seamless collaboration with senior leaders. As the trusted advisor and coach for the local leadership team, you will:

  • Provide strategic guidance on people issues, leveraging your expertise in Danish employment law.
  • Be the primary point of contact for Danish staff on a wide range of topics, including employee relations, payroll, and immigration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Danish employment regulations and best practices.
  • Offer advice and support to managers and employees throughout the employment lifecycle, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Spearhead the onboarding process, conducting induction sessions to ensure successful integration.
  • Prepare and oversee payroll input, holiday reporting, and visa management.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations, goal-setting, and disciplinary actions.
  • Address employee concerns, investigate, and resolve any employee relations issues that may arise.
  • Promote company-wide HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Facilities Management Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of office support personnel, including cleaning staff.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations by inspecting facilities.
  • Coordinate renovations and updates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with contractors.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance work.
  • Secure adequate catering and vending services.
