The Rare Blood Disorders Market Access and Pricing team is a dedicated group of professionals working to support best global access of our assets that help people with Haemophilia, sickle cell disease (SCD), and Thalassemia. This requires cross-function collaboration, innovation, and senior leadership interaction.
As the Global Director for Health Economics & Outcomes Research, you will be part of this dynamic team, driving forward pioneering initiatives that shape the rare disease treatment landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of HE models, economic evaluation, budget impact studies, quality-of-life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons (ITC).
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive results.
- Working closely with the Market Access and Pricing team to ensure alignment on priorities and strategies.
- Developing materials and collaborating to support regions and countries by creating the Global Reimbursement Dossier and ensuring affiliates have access to HEOR data and resources.
