Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations by verifying vendor invoices.
  • Collaborate with account managers to create and send accurate invoices according to quotes.
  • Track and collect payments from vendors.
  • Prepare month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc.
  • Upload bills to the system and ensure all bills are accounted for.
  • Collect receipts for financial accounting.
  • Track, report, and analyze budget variances.
  • Review financial statements with the CFO to ensure accuracy.
  • Answer emails related to the finance department and general inquiries.
  • Gather information for running monthly salaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Student in accounting or similar field.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros.
  • A passion for learning about finance and taxes.
  • Eager to learn new systems and excited about technology.
  • Experience or interest in working with financial analytics, attribution, and measurement systems.
  • An empathetic, patient, and collaborative spirit that fosters a positive work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Danish, with high proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take on additional challenges.
