About the Job

You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing administrative activities across the WHO Country Office, including financial management, personnel, and IT systems. We are looking for a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership and coordination skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of combined national and international professional experience in administration, finance, project management, with supervisory responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in business, public administration, finance, economics or a related field from a recognized institution is essential.

  • Proven leadership and coordination skills.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement administrative activities across the WHO Country Office.
  • Supervise assigned administrative support staff.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Represent the CO as delegated by the WR/HWO in Operations Management Team meetings.
