THE OPPORTUNITY
Boozt Giftshop has just been launched – and our ambition is to create one of the most attractive B2B Giftshops in the Nordics. To support us we're looking for a commercially sharp, analytical and hands-on Head of Gifts Assortment & Product Owner to architect and drive the full product strategy for our new B2B gifting universe.

Boozt Giftshop makes it simple and scalable for companies to offer curated and personalized gifts. In this role, you will own the Product offering - set and shape the entire assortment foundation, to ensure we offer the right assortment to our B2B customers.

Your job will be to lay out the product catalog - from category logic and margin structures to trend insights and the perfect mix of timeless brand heroes and fresh, relevant new seasonal product offerings.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strong B2B and product knowledge with deep analytical thinking. You will in excel calculate and use data as the foundation to build an inspiring, high-performing gifting assortment aligning with the B2B companies expectations.

What You Will Do

• Build and own the full product assortment strategy for the Boozt Giftshop — from strategy to execution.
• Drive and own margin calculations, pricing logic, and commercial performance across categories.
• Collaborate closely with Buying and Merchandising, Sales, Operations, and Finance to build a structured, scalable B2B setup.
• Spot trends and translate insights into a relevant, scalable gifting assortment.
• Develop category structures, define "winning packages," and secure a strong balance of classics and newness.
• Ensure a seamless, inspiring catalog experience for our B2B customers.

You will report to the Director of Boozt Media Partnership and work closely with Head of Sales to build a unified and impactful B2B offering.

YOUR PROFILE
You're a commercial profile with a true merchant mindset. You love building assortments, understand what different products and categories contribute with and how that matches the demands from the B2B customers. You thrive when building something from the ground up — and you never shy away from an Excel model.

Ideally, You Have

• Strong commercial understanding and proven experience in assortment or category roles.
• Ability to "do the math" — understand margins, pricing logic, and volume scenarios.
• A talent for spotting trends and shaping assortments that perform.
• Experience creating structure, catalog logic, and scalable product setups, preferably within B2B.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work fast and smart.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

You will have the freedom to shape the assortment strategy in close collaboration with our Buying & Merchandinsing Department, make data-driven decisions, and directly influence the growth trajectory — supported by talented and collaborative colleagues.
