to join our Marketing team.

What would your role look like?

As our
Creative Designer
, you'll join our creative function within the Marketing team, collaborating closely with our existing Graphic Designer to bring our visual identity to life. You'll create compelling, conversion-focused visuals that support our lead generation and sales efforts - turning complex product capabilities into engaging, easy-to-understand communication.

You'll take the lead on digital-first creative (animation, product visuals, and video), while also contributing to a wide variety of broader design tasks across the business. This is a versatile role where creativity, craft, and commercial impact come together.

Transform product into visual communication

  • Translate complex SaaS concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Conceptualise and design assets for campaigns, website, ads, presentations, case studies and more.
  • Create visuals that support storytelling and increase audience understanding.

Create high-converting marketing creatives

  • Develop visuals that drive clicks, engagement and conversions.
  • Produce creative for paid ads, social media, landing pages, emails and events.
  • Design with a strong understanding of B2B buyer behaviour and performance metrics.

Develop motion & animation assets

  • Create product animations, explainer videos and motion graphics.
  • Capture and edit video content (basic to mid-level videography skills are a big plus)
  • Bring complex features and customer stories to life in ways that increase retention and clarity.

Support a variety of creative & brand projects

  • Contribute to print and offline materials such as brochures, catalogues, event collateral and booth graphics.
  • Bring consistency across all touchpoints - digital and physical.

Maintain and evolve our brand

  • Own and enforce our brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Ensure consistency while pushing creativity within our visual universe.
  • Support the continued evolution and refinement of our visual identity.

Collaborate closely across teams

  • Partner with key stakeholders to concept campaigns and improve performance.
  • Work with Product to understand features and translate them visually.
  • Support Sales with visuals and customer-facing materials.

Improve performance through testing

  • A/B test creatives and continuously optimise based on data.
  • Develop visuals that support funnel conversion goals - from awareness to lead generation.

Other requirements

We're looking for someone who blends creativity with a commercial mindset - design that doesn't just look beautiful but moves the business.

Education

  • Visual communication, multimedia or similar.

Professional background

  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Design Specialist / Visual Designer / Creative Designer / Brand Designer in a
    B2B SaaS company
    .
  • Experience designing for digital channels (paid social, website, email, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product/technical content into strong visuals.

Skills & mindset

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Strong in animation/motion graphics (After Effects or similar).
  • Excellent understanding of brand identity and brand governance.
  • Creative, but always commercial - what you design should convert.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2), written and verbal.
