Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and building strong client relationships? Goodwings is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position our products/services effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales contracts. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding product enhancements and new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in SaaS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a demonstrated understanding of consultative sales techniques.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools for efficient pipeline management and data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel, as necessary, to meet clients and attend industry conferences and events.
