Er du passioneret omkring teknisk support, optimering og samarbejde? Vil du være med til at sikre, at vores produktion kører optimalt – hver dag? Så er det måske dig, vi søger som Operations Specialist til vores produktions clusters i Faxe.

Dine Ansvarsområder Vil Være

  • Sikre, at produktionen lever op til krav om sikkerhed, fødevaresikkerhed, kvalitet og effektivitet
  • Indsamle og analysere driftsdata for at identificere trends, ineffektive processer og forbedringsmuligheder
  • Drive Kaizen-initiativer for at optimere workflow.
  • Skabe en kultur for datadrevet beslutningstagning og forbedring.
  • Følge op på performance og KPI'er – og tage action ved afvigelser fra dette
  • Udarbejde root cause analyser ved gentagende udfordringer
  • Prioritere og udføre tekniske opgaver i samarbejde med teknikere, operatører og koordinatorer
  • Sparre og samarbejde om vedligeholdelsesopgaver – dagligt, ugentligt, månedligt og årligt
  • Bidrage til træning og evaluering af teknikere og operatører
  • Deltage i projekter efter aftale med Cluster- og Technical Manager

Hvem er du?

  • Du har en teknisk uddannelse, fx produktionsingeniør, maskinmester, produktions teknolog, eller lignede og gerne erfaring fra produktion eller vedligehold.
  • Du har flair for IT, SAP, PBI og produktionsdata samt arbejder systematisk og analytisk med stort drive og nysgerrighed.
  • Du har stærke kommunikationsevner, kan drive forandringer og behersker dansk flydende samt engelsk og tysk på brugerniveau.
