We are excited to establish the discipline of Process Excellence at FOSS. As a
Process Excellence Specialist
, you will play a key role in this transformation, driving operational improvements and helping scale our global operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and establish global processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate
  with senior stakeholders
  to design and implement clear, repeatable global processes that can be scaled for subsidiaries
• Coach and train
  colleagues in
  process ownership
  and best practices for effective process management
• Facilitate workshops
  and events to evaluate and improve existing processes, developing target solutions for greater efficiency
• Support
  the development
  of Process Excellence frameworks and tools, driving a culture of
  Lean
  and continuous improvement across the organization

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with
  Process Excellence
  in a global context, with a strong understanding of
  Lean methodologies
• Familiarity with
  Process Management Systems
  for process documentation and control, and
  process mapping tools
• Proven
  project management
  skills and the ability to
  collaborate across departments
  to implement process improvements
• A passion for developing colleagues, with excellent
  communication
  and
  facilitation skills
• A
  data-driven mindset
  focused on
  process optimization
  , with the ability to leverage data to support thoughtful problem-solving and improvement
• Experience in
  business transformation
  and a willingness to be part of an exciting change within a growing company
