As B2B Activation Manager your role is to develop L'Oréal Professionnel activation strategy for B2B channels (direct salons & indirect wholesale partners), with a customer & consumer centric approach ensuring perfect brand execution and seamless collaboration with sales teams. You lead the B2B activation strategy, manage B2B marketing budgets & track performance. You create impactful salon experiences through omnichannel consumer journey development. You develop and lead the team of Country Activation Managers and drive stylist engagement through education and advocacy programs effectively. You connect marketing and commercial strategies to support field teams. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader.
You will…
- Develop and implement the B2B brand activation strategy & calendar for must-wins and conquest, maximizing ROI.
- Develop and implement impactful Salon Consumer experience leveraging insights to define engaging campaigns and a seamless O+O consumer journey in salons
- Oversee online brand execution within the B2B ecosystem, optimizing user journey and conversion.
- Orchestrate the planning of (digital) activities, ensuring end-to-end planning from O+O visibility & design to promo planning, for conquest & all animations
- Collaborate with the Brand Education Manager to align brand activations with education plans, and potentialize education events.
- With the Pro Advocacy Manager, develop cutting-edge B2B and B2B2C advocacy campaigns.
- Lead implementation with relevant stakeholders: B2B E-COM for LPS, DDX for CRM, Country Activation Managers, B2B Sales etc.
- Define and implement recruitment and loyalty strategies, providing insights to the PBM on sampling & format strategy
- Manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring impactful and profitable sell-in & sell-out activations, and relevant local strategy by the Country Activation Managers.
- Secure a clear view on performance drivers in the Nordics in terms of distribution, top clients per country, products, services, etc.
- Identify and secure the needs of information/communication flows for Sales Business Partners & B2B community
- Support local B2B team with marketing plans for key clients, chains & indirect players, and onboard Country Activation Managers for implementation with excellence and ROI mindset.
- Define the brand value proposition within the PPD commercial frame, considering business education and ensuring differentiation on the market.
- Deliver impactful presentations internally & externally.
- With LPS and B2B Commercial Director, define the brand's role in multi-brand activations and industry events.
- Lead, manage, and mentor Country Activation Managers, foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Your profile...
- +5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Managerial experience
- Specialist in activation and omnichannel experience design.
- Expert in analyzing performance, digital KPI's, developing insights to consistently optimize strategies & improve performance.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and able to interact and spark with stakeholders across the organization.
- You are proactive, results driven and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish.
- You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done.
- You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages.
