We are a fast-scaling SaaS PharmaTech & Insights company helping global pharma improve communication, content quality, and operational efficiency through the Anthill Cloud platform and supporting solutions. With strong inbound traction, a clear product vision, and an upcoming US expansion, we are now hiring a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales Americas, to lead our growth across the region.

The Role: Head of sales, Americas

You will be the CRO's closest commercial partner in the Americas—responsible for establishing our US presence, scaling revenue, and building a high-performing sales organization.

In the beginning, you'll operate as our
boots on the ground
: closing deals, engaging directly with customers, refining our positioning, and laying the foundation for future team growth. As we scale, you will build, inspire, and develop the regional sales team. This role is ideal for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial SaaS sales leader who enjoys building from the ground up while delivering strong results.

What you'll be doing

Strategy & Execution

· Define and continuously adapt the regional sales strategy and tactical plan.

· Build and lead the Americas sales team—hiring, training, coaching, and creating a high-performance culture.

· Develop a scalable go-to-market motion across Enterprise pharma accounts.

· Represent the Americas in global forecasting, planning, and performance reviews.

Sales Leadership & Process Excellence

· Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

· Drive rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales discipline.

· Implement and champion MEDDICC as the core sales methodology.

· Leverage data and analytics to optimize ACV, win rates, and cycle times.

Customer & Market Engagement

· Engage directly with prospects and customers to refine our value proposition.

· Build deep market insight into pharma commercial and medical workflows.

· Collaborate with Marketing, Advisory, Customer Success and Product to shape US market fit.

What we're looking for

· years of SaaS sales leadership, preferably in the Americas.

· Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.

· Strong command of sales methodologies (MEDDICC preferred) and KPI-driven management (ACV, CVR, forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene).

· Experience selling to Enterprise customers in regulated industries; pharma experience is a plus.

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.

· Skilled communicator who can collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive teams.
