Fertin is looking for an engaged and ambitious Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain & Operations incl. Strategic Procurement.

Become a strategic sparring partner and drive change

As Finance Business Partner, you will report to the Director of Business Planning and Data Management and join a dynamic and supportive team that works closely across functions, in a workplace culture that embraces change and growth. In this position you will work closely with Supply Chain leadership as well as colleagues in Production and Procurement to ensure alignment between financial and operational goals. Through in-depth analysis and data-driven guidance, you will support both local management and Fertin's overall strategic direction.

You will become a trusted advisor who not only supports but also influences and shapes decisions that drive growth and success in an international group.

In addition, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for relevant functions.
• Analyze performance against targets, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support investment cases, sourcing strategies, and operational initiatives.
• Drive cost transparency and optimization across manufacturing and procurement categories.
• Support initiatives to improve working capital, reduce scrap, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Evaluate supplier performance and procurement savings opportunities from a financial perspective.
• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable reporting to stakeholders across functions.
• Ensure financial controls and compliance across supply chain and procurement activities.

Strong analytical profile with a focus on business insight and optimization

We expect you to hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with solid experience in finance business partnering, with a focus on Supply Chain & Operations. You have hands-on experience with standard cost pricing models and processes, including cost build-up, variance analysis, and cost control across production and procurement.

On a personal level, you are proactive, solution- and business-oriented, and you thrive in close collaboration with both operational and strategic teams. You have high cognitive ability and the capacity to understand complex business environments. You are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Your working style is structured and analytical, driven by motivation to optimize processes and identify new improvement opportunities. You communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex financial insights into concise messages for stakeholders at all levels, and you find it exciting and motivating to drive strategic initiatives.

It is a requirement that you are professionally fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken, and that you live no more than an hour's drive from the workplace in Vejle.
