Who are we?
Private Banking & Investments is pinpointed as a key growth area within Danske Bank, with considerable investments, attention and expectations to deliver growth.
With us, you will be driving real change and are expected to create impact from the get-go, working closely with the business. The role is anchored in the Strategy Execution Office within Private Banking & Investments, which is responsible for the rollout of Danske Bank's new strategy, Forward'28 and continuous improvements and optimizations of the bank's Private Banking unit.
The team is based in Copenhagen and operate across the Nordic markets, focusing on the Private Banking business growth and value proposition, while supporting the different country organizations (DK, SE, FI) in close collaboration with the Private Banking management team.
Who (&what) are we looking for?
The role calls for do'ers with previous strategy experience, having analytical capabilities coupled with an ability to make strategy and analysis results come to life.
We are looking for senior industry professionals likely with a background from financial services orr consulting. You will be part of creating the future Private Banking value proposition within Danske Bank and need to have a strong understanding of and experience with working through various elements related to banking and investment products. If you are at the very early stages in your career development, this is unfortunately not the role for you.
Stakeholder management and communication skills are other essential elements you need to excel in, as you will be operating quite independently and are expected to feel confident in navigating a senior stakeholder landscape, sharing your arguments and have the courage to challenge colleagues and stakeholders.

- Strategic and analytical mindset with a proven track record of successful strategy creation and/or execution and a "make things happen" attitude
- Good cooperation and strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Structured approach and an ability to juggle many topics at the same time – while keeping a constant focus on the strategic direction
- Strong customer-first mindset and commercial focus
