Within this, the Technology Partnerships & Open Platform (TPOP) organization plays a key role — driving partner impact, hardware opera-tions, developer engagement, and custom solutions that amplify Milestone's value proposition.

We are looking for an Execution & Delivery Manager to ensure that TPOP's strategic initiatives and key projects are translated into actionable plans, executed across teams, and delivered on time. This role is central to strengthening the culture of accountability, professionalism, and flawless execution, while enabling the VP and leadership team to secure alignment with other Milestone functions where dependencies are critical to suc-cess.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

· Translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and ownership.

· Drive and coordinate execution of projects across TPOP teams to ensure timely delivery.

· Monitor progress, identify risks or deviations, and secure adjustments to stay on track.

Cross-Team Alignment

· Secure alignment with Product, Sales, and Marketing where high dependencies exist.

· Act as liaison to ensure projects with multiple stakeholders remain coordinated and completed.

· Support TPMs and Developer Community teams with structure, follow-through, and operational discipline.

Operational Excellence

· Implement governance structures, reporting tools, and frameworks that provide transparency.

· Safeguard efficient operations while enabling strategic transformation.

· Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Culture & Engagement

· Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and action-orientation across TPOP.

· Work closely with leaders and teams to embed execution habits without overstepping management roles.

· Support VP with content creation, communication, and preparation for executive engagements.

Qualifications

· 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic project delivery in a complex or-ganization.

· Proven track record of executing cross-functional projects with measurable results.

· Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.

· Competencies in project management, governance, and performance management.

· Ability to work across functions, build relationships, and create followership.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment.

· Results-oriented and action-driven; professional and reliable in execution.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
