As the Nordic Marketing Coordinator, you are the link between all marketing teams and the digital team. Your coordination and support should allow for streamlining processes and help the teams focus on their core activity. You will be the divisional PO Champion. You are the guardian of the Nordic Trade cycle and responsible for the planning. You handle bigger activities and events, as well as facilitate best practice sharing between the teams. The role reports to the Brand Director.

  • Divisional PO Champion: ensuring PO Creators and requestors are well trained by organizing regular trainings. For newcomers – share mandatory trainings. Ensure continuously a reliable MyMarket users list.
  • Owner of Nordic Trade Cycle overview with deadline overviews & reminders for the Marketing community
  • Be responsible for product sampling: product orders for A&I tribe
  • Lead bigger marketing events such as: #Brackfast, Zone meetings, Kick-offs
  • Marketing Org charts & Email-lists

We are looking for the Nordic Marketing Coordinator to start as soon as possible. The employment is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
