Position Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through phone calls and introducing them to the innovative recruitment solutions offered by our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop essential communication and sales skills while contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective companies to generate leads and establish rapport.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our recruitment services and tailor presentations to suit the needs of each client.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions and following up on inquiries.
  • Provide feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to enhance our services and marketing strategies.

About you:

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish, both verbal and written. (other Scandinavian languages are also very welcome)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus
