As a Senior Product Designer - Team Lead for our Range/Indoor portfolio, you will take a leading role in building the next generation of experiences for our core products used across golf facilities, ranges, and simulators globally. You'll combine hands-on design work with leadership of a small team, optimising processes, guiding the product direction, and ensuring high-quality output.

We are looking for a senior designer to join our Trackman golf design team, focusing on our Range and Indoor products. Our tools are used by golfers of all levels, as well as facilities worldwide, to create engaging practice experiences, unforgettable indoor rounds, and efficient business operations.

Role overview

As a Senior Product Designer - Team Lead, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 designers, supporting their growth and ensuring high-quality design delivery.

• Play a hands-on role in the design process – from research and ideation to prototyping and polished UI.

• Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to optimise processes and bring designs to life.

• Shape and guide the product direction with a strong user focus and eye for detail.

• Advocate for user-centred design, balancing user needs with business goals.

• Help conceptualise new product evolutions and ideas, shaping the future direction of Range and Indoor.

What we expect of you

Ideally, you'll have:

• 8+ years of product design experience, covering the full design lifecycle from discovery to launch.

• Experience leading small teams, with strong mentoring and collaboration skills.

• A track record of designing engaging, intuitive digital experiences, ideally across web, mobile, or cross-platform products.

• Strong UI craft, able to create polished, high-quality visuals and transform data into clear insights.

• Proficiency in modern design tools, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems.

• [Big plus] Knowledge of golf and passion for the sport, or a strong motivation to learn about it.

The Office  

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness centre, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation.

The cherry on top is our canteen: with an indoor and outdoor area to enjoy the fresh food prepared by our own kitchen staff.
