We're looking for a Partnership Development Manager to lead and grow commercial partnerships in the vaccines sector through business-to-business (B2B) engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with diverse teams to align strategies with market needs, build lasting client relationships, and identify new opportunities through market research and external engagement. Your efforts will help us unlock the full potential of our partnerships and achieve ambitious growth goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the identification, engagement, and success of commercial partnerships in the vaccines sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions.
  • Engage externally and conduct market research to spot emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to meet growth targets.
  • Co-create partnership models with external partners to launch vaccine models that simplify vaccine journey and increase the vaccines rates in private market.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies.
  • Track and report on business development activities and market insights.
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Represent us at industry events and conferences to expand your network.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development and partnership management, ideally with a background in sectors like insurance, pension or other industries involving complex partnerships and health benefits.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and business development tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Denmark and occasionally internationally.
