Your role

As Performance Marketing Manager Nordics, you'll be responsible for leading and executing our paid digital marketing across the Nordic region. You will:

• Develop and execute a multi-channel performance marketing strategy focused on lead generation
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms (Native, Microsoft, etc.)(hands-on)
• Continuously analyze performance data, define testing strategies, and optimize toward KPIs
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop strong, high-performing ad concepts and visuals
• Conduct competitor research and stay ahead of trends to drive funnel improvements and innovation
• Work closely with the Nordics Head of Growth, local country managers, and the central Performance Marketing team

This is a hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibility.

Your profile

We're looking for a data-driven, independent and highly motivated digital marketer with strong analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.

You should have:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation
• Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. Experience with Native ads is a plus.
• Experience running multi-market campaigns or managing regional budgets is a strong plus
• Great analytical skills and comfort working with data, KPIs, funnels and testing frameworks
• Experience working with creative teams to develop campaign assets
• Strong collaboration skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in Google
  Analytics, and basic understanding of CRM systems

Language requirements:

• Fluent in Danish and/or Swedish, and an understanding of both in written form
• Professional English skills (our working language across the 1K5° Nordics)

Location & setup

• Your primary location is our Copenhagen office (minimum 3 days per week)
• You will also be expected to work in our Malmö office on occasion, depending on needs
• Some flexibility and remote work is possible, but this is an on-site, team-based role
