Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you empower the team to own and evolve the Enterprise Platform, including the Internal Developer Platform and the Data Platform, by shaping a clear roadmap, fostering collaboration, and building the capacity to succeed.

You define, develop, and deliver a platform that enables our domain teams to work efficiently and deliver high-quality software. Together with stakeholders and technology leaders, you drive scalable innovation through technical excellence, data-driven insight, and transparent communication, ensuring lasting impact across the organization.

You are shaping the core of our technology foundation. You turn strategy into execution and ensure our platform remains both scalable and future ready.

Your mission includes:

• Strengthening team ownership of the Enterprise Platform, being responsible for the Internal Developer Platform and Data Platform, by being deeply involved in planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Defining and maintaining the Enterprise Platform roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and the team
• Partnering with Technology Management to scope and deliver technical capabilities
• Facilitating team collaboration to adopt best practices and modern engineering principles
• Driving platform adoption through close communication with domain teams across the organization

We imagine you bring:

• Strong experience in platform product management and a strategic vision for platform evolution, as you define, prioritize, and deliver features that enhance the internal developer experience while ensuring long-term innovation across the enterprise
• A solid technical understanding of developer tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, aligning engineers, infrastructure specialists, and security stakeholders around shared goals and measurable outcomes
• A data-driven mindset, using metrics and developer feedback to guide priorities, measure adoption, and continuously improve the platform experience
• Strong agile delivery leadership, ensuring focus, clarity, and momentum in backlog management, user story definition, and value delivery
