We're looking for a new colleague to join us is this newly created position as
Senior Product Marketing Manager
to help shape how AutoProff's products reach and resonate with customers across Europe. In this role, you'll turn product innovation into clear value, compelling stories, and well-executed launches that drive meaningful commercial impact.

The role is based out of our office in Copenagen with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, and some expected travel to our HQ in Vejle for collaboration with central teams and key stakeholders.

About The Role
As our new Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll own the go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and market initiatives. You'll define positioning, shape narratives, guide launches, and ensure teams are aligned and equipped to bring our solutions to market with impact.

You'll collaborate broadly across teams — connecting insights, shaping narratives, influencing what we build next, and helping ensure our products land with the right audiences across Europe

Let's Dive Into Your Key Responsibilities, You Will

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and features across European markets.
  • Define target audiences, messaging, launch plans, and success metrics.
  • Create clear, compelling positioning and value propositions.
  • Turn customer and market insights into actionable GTM and product recommendations.
  • Equip Sales and CS with the right tools, content, and training.
  • Partner closely with Product to ensure customer needs inform roadmap decisions.
  • Maintain alignment across teams and ensure launches land with commercial impact.
  • Maintain robust customer insights, including segment overviews
  • Maintain a clear overview of the full product portfolio
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of the competitive landscape

The Need-to-have Skills

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or marketplaces.
  • Proven track record owning GTM strategies that delivered measurable results.
  • Strong positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills.
  • Confident engaging with customers and sales teams for insights.
  • Data-informed, outcome-focused, and able to measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, plus if you are also fluent in Danish and/or German.
  • Highly organised and great at managing multiple initiatives.
  • Ideally brings international or pan-European experience, and/or experience in global or US-based tech organisations.

The Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience in marketplace businesses.
  • Experience launching products across multiple European markets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and common B2B tools.
