As the Technical Support Manager for Bovaer, you will be the key interface between farmers and their advisors, translating scientific insights and on-farm experiences into compelling best-practice stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Help analyze and collect farmer needs, use cases and best practices
• Share practical and scientific product and application knowledge with farmers, vets, consultants and field representatives
• Organize and lead meetings and study groups to share knowledge and experience with farmers, vets, consultants and field representatives.
• Train field representatives from feed suppliers to enhance their knowledge and ability to deliver sustainable solutions to farmers.
• Be the first point of contact for farmers' questions and concerns
• Lead and participate in technical projects at customer sites, running feed trials to optimize formulations, processes, and performance.
• Evaluate project outcomes by analyzing product performance and interpreting data, extracting actionable insights.
• Act as a liaison between farmers, field representatives, and internal teams to align objectives, deliverables, and project success.
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure seamless technical support, driving innovation and business growth.
• Stay ahead of market and customer trends, contributing ideas for innovation and supporting successful launch and adoption of new products

YOU BRING

• You are a licensed Veterinarian and have experience with dairy nutrition
• You have several years of practical experience in Denmark in supporting dairy and beef farmers
• Confidence in your expertise paired with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with farmers, consultants, vets and field representatives
• Practical experience in running feed trials, analyzing and presenting results.
• A combination of technical proficiency and commercial savvy, ensuring scientifically sound and economically viable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, quick on your feet to provide effective technical support for field representatives and farmers.
• A proactive mindset to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions for customers.
• A customer-centric approach, prioritizing farmer and supplier needs while ensuring communication excellence with internal teams.
• Fluent in Danish and English, any further language is a plus
