About the Role

We're looking for a creative, organised, and social-media-savvy Influencer Student Assistant to support our Global Social Media & Influence team. In this role, you'll help bring our global influencer strategy to life by supporting day-to-day tasks, coordinating seedings, assisting with campaigns, and ensuring our influencer activities run smoothly across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Support & Execution

  • Assist the Influencer Coordinator and Head of Global Social Media & Influence with daily influencer tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Help scout, evaluate, and onboard influencers who align with the BIBS brand.
  • Support in maintaining and nurturing relationships with influencers across global and local markets.

Campaign & Seeding Assistance

  • Help coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring content follows brand guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing and managing briefs, product seedings, shipments, and admin tasks.
  • Assist in tracking timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, PR, and local market teams to support influencer activity around key brand moments.
  • Assist in rolling out global campaigns to local markets and collect local insights to feed back into the team.

Reporting & Insights

  • Support with gathering performance data and compiling reports.
  • Help transform key insights into learnings that strengthen future influencer activities.

Administration & Systems

  • Keep our influencer platform (Kolsquare) organised and up to date.
  • Support with invoices, and general campaign administration.
  • Contribute to improving workflows and ensuring processes run smoothly.

About you

  • You are currently studying at a higher education institution.
  • Experience or strong interest in Social Media and Influencer Marketing.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • You can work
    up to 20 hours per week.
