We're looking for a Community Manager to join Matrikel 1 – a coworking space for startups, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Your job? Make sure our members feel welcome, connected, and excited to come back every day.
You'll be the heartbeat of our community – planning engaging events, growing our memberships, helping founders get connected, and making sure things run smoothly day to day. You'll work closely with our Head of Membership and General Manager to make Matrikel 1 the go-to hub for the startup crowd.
What You'll Do
- Host awesome events – breakfasts, afterworks, founder meetups, and more
- Build real community – talk to members, connect them, and create good energy
- Grow our memberships – give tours, onboard new members, and keep them engaged in the community
- Participating in eco-system events
- Stay plugged in – keep an eye on the startup scene and bring that knowledge into what we do
What We're Looking For
- You're social, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- You've got a feel for the startup world and love meeting new people
- You're organized, service-minded, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves
- You speak and write English fluently
- Bonus points if you're great at hosting or public speaking
