About The Role
We're looking for a Social & Community Manager to help bring our first mobile RPG to life, launching in 2026.
You will be joining the Growth team which is responsible for all marketing aspects of the game including paid and organic UA, ASO, social media and community.
Your responsibility will be to build and maintain our community and social media pressence, acting as the voice between players and Raw Power Mobile.
*Desirable skills and knowledge*
- 3+ years of experience in social media and community management
- Excellent communication, lead with kindness, empathy and humour
- Experience with player behaviour and community tone in gaming spaces
- Experience in image and video editing using tools like CapCut, Figma, Canva etc.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and meme culture
- Familiarity with mobile game marketing including UA and ASO
Additional, but not essential skills:
- Experience working with content creators
*Your responsibilities will be to*
- Help us build and grow a community on Discord and social media, fostering a positive and inclusive environment
- Moderate conversations daily and/or work with external moderators
- Create awesome and fun social posts, blogs, and patch notes ensuring players stay informed and excited about the game
- Help facilitate user research, play tests, Q&As and collect feedback within the community
- Edit and produce images and short form videos to share with the community
- Track post engagement and community sentiment, adjust the tone and theme as needed
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure player feedback is heard and acted upon
