What will you do?

You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: 'Oh, that was easy'

You answer questions by email, chat & phone - don't worry, we'll teach you so that you sound like a pro after week 1.

Jump into social media and reply to customers.

Be the client's eyes and ears: if something's broken or a process is weird, speak up

You help with translations and make sure that websites, newsletters, and campaign texts are not just translated but properly localised.

You provide advice and recommendations to the webshops that want to expand into the Finnish market and become our local specialist in this area.

You handle back-office tasks like a pro and can multitask across different systems.

What we love about you:

You want to help people. That's more important to us than years of experience.

You have excellent Finnish language skills, both written and spoken, and can take responsibility for localisation and translation into Finnish.

You understand what it takes to succeed in the Finnish market and can advise our clients on this.

Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.

You can use a Mac without calling IT.

Working hours

We help our customers every day, and Monday-Friday we are available on live chats from 09:00-21:00. This means that your work hours will vary, some days you will work a regular 08:30-16:30 shift and other days you will work 13:00-21:00. You get the best of both worlds, some days you can enjoy a slow morning and others you'll have plenty of time in the evening
