What will you do?

You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: 'Oh, that was easy'

You answer questions by email, chat & phone - don't worry, we'll teach you so that you sound like a pro after week 1.

Jump into social media and reply to customers.

Be the client's eyes and ears: if something's broken or a process is weird, speak up

You handle back-office tasks like a pro and can multitask across different systems.

What we love about you:

You want to help people. That's more important to us than years of experience.

You have excellent French language skills, both written and spoken.

Your English is solid, and you can jump on a call, handle customer questions, and drop flawless emails without breaking a sweat.

You can use a Mac without calling IT.

You will be helping out the International team with English-speaking customers and handling calls, emails and chats in English as well.

Working hours

We help our customers every day, and Monday-Friday we are available on live chats from 09:00-21:00. This means that your work hours will vary, some days you will work a regular 08:30-16:30 shift and other days you will work 13:00-21:00. You get the best of both worlds, some days you can enjoy a slow morning and others you'll have plenty of time in the evening
