Our customers are B2B Marketers - specifically Demand Gen, Growth, and Paid Marketers - who manage complex customer journeys and high media spend.

We're looking for a hands-on, highly experienced B2B Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid pipeline engine. You will be the person turning ad spend into predictable, efficient revenue using Dreamdata itself as your strategic weapon.

This role reports to the CMO of Dreamdata and it is for a senior operator based in Copenhagen with 5+ years in B2B SaaS Marketing who still loves the craft: building audiences, testing creative, optimizing bids, and obsessing over what moves the needle.

What you'll do
  • Own and operate our paid channels: LinkedIn Ads (most important to master), Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and etc.
  • Turn paid budgets into pipeline, not vanity metrics.
  • Build, test, and scale audiences using Dreamdata's attribution insights and activation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with content + PMM teams on messaging, creative angles, and bold campaign concepts.
  • Plan and manage monthly budgets and targets around MQLs, SQLs, and revenue contribution.
  • Run structured experiments: new hooks, formats, channels, landing pages, and offers.
  • Monitor performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations.
  • Provide clear reporting to the marketing and leadership teams on performance, learnings, and next steps.

What success looks like

  • A predictable, scalable paid pipeline engine that Dreamdata can rely on.
  • Growing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) month over month - and ultimately revenue.
  • Rapid experimentation and incremental improvements across creative, audience, and funnel steps.
  • Clear insights that help elevate the entire Dreamdata go-to-market motion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS performance marketing experience.
  • You are extremely fluent in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • You enjoy rolling up your sleeves: writing ads, analyzing paths, building campaigns, setting bids.
  • You understand B2B funnels, ICPs, buying committees, and long buying cycles.
  • You know ABM and think in terms of revenue and qualified accounts — not click-through rates.
  • You appreciate the value of great data and love being able to attribute every dollar properly.
  • High ownership, low ego. You want to be judged on results, not presentations.
  • You're a constant learner and thrive in a fast-moving environment
