About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Student Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Copenhagen.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting daily financial operations in a dynamic SaaS company. You'll assist with collections and tax reporting, contribute to keeping our financial data accurate and up to date, and help coordinate communication between Finance and other teams when needed.

As our new Student Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Finance team's daily operations. You'll handle payment reminders, issue dunning letters, and communicate with collection partners to ensure timely follow-ups. You'll help review accounts before escalation and maintain test accounts in Stripe to support ongoing data and process improvements. Additionally, you'll assist with preparing and validating data for monthly tax reporting and help respond to internal and customer inquiries. No two days are quite the same. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our financial workflows running smoothly and efficiently.

Need to Have

  • Ongoing studies in a relevant programme (e.g. HA, HD, Bachelor's in related field or similar).
  • Clear written and spoken communication in English.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Experience with Excel (preferably intermediate level).
  • Structured, organised, and reliable approach to work.
  • An eagerness to learn and take ownership of recurring administrative tasks.
  • A service-minded and approachable attitude, with a helpful approach toward colleagues and customers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Stripe, e-conomic, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with tax reporting workflows or regulatory compliance.
  • Understanding of data validation or cross-system reconciliation.
  • Experience in a finance, subscription-based, or SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with debt collection agencies or third-party payment processors.
