We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to play an important role in developing, designing, testing, and refining digital and analog hardware electronics. At Falcom, you'll be instrumental in shaping products from concept to completion. In this role, you will:

• Work on USB-based hardware and Analog electronic design, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with industry standards
• Contribute to all phases of hardware development, balancing long-term projects with ad hoc support for production testing and system integration tasks
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and prototyping teams to refine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) processes
• Craft documentation and specifications for seamless SW development and manufacturing.
• Develop audio, power, & digital compact high-performance electronics by ensuring signal integrity, power distribution, and seamless mechanical integration
• Create schematics and work on analog & digital design, signal integrity, and power management
• Develop, test, debug, and verify prototypes, including EMC conformance
• Integrate designs, overcoming mechanical constraints while maintaining optimal functionality.

What we think you need to thrive in the role:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in electronics engineering or hardware development.

• Comprehensive knowledge of USB standards, USB hubs, DSPs, and MCU design.

• Familiarity with Python or C++ programming.

• Familiarity with EMC/EMI compliance.

• Experience with Circuit simulations.

• A willingness to collaborate, supporting colleagues and enhancing creative endeavors.

• 4+ years of experience.
