more than 20 highly skilled Project Assistants in the Project Assistance
department in Portfolio & Project Management. As a team, we deliver crucial
support to our project teams and -managers, to deliver top-tier pharma
engineering solutions to our customers.

How you might spend your days
As a Project Assistant, you'll be:

• Handling
  general administration for projects from start to customer handover,
  including supporting the project group, preparing presentations,
  administrating project documents, and planning and coordinating bookings
  
• Collaborating
  with different stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure
  efficient cooperation in the project teams
  
• Fostering
  a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  within the project management team
  
• Ensuring
  adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across
  all project management activities
  
• Developing
  Project Assistants best practices and execute trainings in the
  organization
  
• Contributing
  to the ongoing strategic tracks headed by Portfolio & Project
  Management Area

The miles you've walked

• Background in administration, with a strong understanding of project execution, preferably within an engineering or consultancy company
• Proficiency in Dalux, including administration and daily operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Proven ability to drive results, manage priorities, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Excellent in English
• Danish language skills are considered an asset due to a lot of communication with local contractors
