About the role
We are looking for a project manager with solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry, who wants to take responsibility for their own projects and perform
in a role where independence and accountability matter.
You will lead large-scale CAPEX projects from start
to finish, ensuring objectives are met and progress is in focus – while enjoying the unique trait of our workplace; collaborating across disciplines.
Working in our cross-functional environment, means integrating multiple technical areas, and you'll get to build strong networks internally and externally to
enable effective cooperation and knowledge sharing.
Adaptability is important, as you will learn and
work with new systems and processes to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
This role is well-suited for someone who values
autonomy, takes initiative, and is motivated by creating impact through
structured project management and stakeholder engagement.

How you might spend your days
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be:
- Implementing the client's strategy across design, schedule,
quality and cost - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to
ensure efficient project execution - Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and
continuous improvement within the project team (typically 7-15 members
across different disciplines) - Leading the project team to resolving challenges, prioritizing
tasks, and staying on track - Reporting on status, progress, and risks while developing
team members together with line management - Ensuring compliance with company policies, GxP standards, and
drive best practices in project management (e.g. develop and execute
training sessions)

What you bring to the role

- Master's
or bachelor's degree in process or mechanical engineering; PMP or other project
management certification is an advantage - Collaborative
leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to support, empower,
and develop team members. - Strong communication
and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders
at all levels - Experience
leading large CAPEX projects, including managing priorities, and work
collaboratively within complex organizational environments - Experience from the
pharmaceutical or biotech industry
