People & Culture Specialist – Offshore Wind Industry

What you will do

As our new P&C Specialist, you will support the P&C team and the organisation with operational tasks relating to the employee life cycle. You will maintain, develop, and optimize people processes, systems, policies, handbook, and workflows to secure the employee experience and enhance efficiency. You will be the go-to-person for operational HR questions and be a role model for the Cadeler company culture.

Furthermore, tasks include:

• Contracts, legal paperwork, and formalized documents in line with legislation and provide legal advice on these.
• Global mobility activities and employee benefits schemes.
• Payroll administation.
• Internal/External reporting & statistics.
• Audits and compliance with SOX and GDPR
• Leave (Parental, sickness, holiday etc.)
• Internal Communication related to P&C.

You are well-organized and enjoy structure, and you have a high degree of execution skills without compromising on details and quality.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:

• Relevant educational background in People & Culture/HR/Administration
• Experience working with HR operations, ideally from an international environment
• Experience with payroll adminstration
• Experience with HR law & contract management and global mobility is a plus but not a requirement – you will learn
• Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems.
• Proficient in English and Danish, both spoken and written.
