What You'll Be Doing
Managing customers through their journey, from inquiry to resolution, making sure they feel supported at every step. Maintaining close communication with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations and professional way.Investigate and solve logistic challenges and complaints, helping customers find practical solutions in a timely manner.Work closely with colleagues across teams to make sure requests are handled smoothly.Fulfilling job responsibilities aligned with given KPIs and spot opportunities to improve processes while keeping service levels high. What We're Looking For
Customer-focused mindset, with a natural ability to connect with people and build relationships. Comfortable with technology and IT tools, such as SAP or Salesforce. Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and keep attention to detail under pressure. Solution-oriented and motivated to improve processes and contribute to team success, working towards shared objectives that benefit the entire organization. Positive, eager to learn and develop in a collaborative and supportive environment.
