As a Technical Customer Service Engineer, you will be at the heart of ensuring customer satisfaction across the EMEA region. By resolving complex technical challenges and coordinating service delivery, you'll help customers achieve success with Danfoss Drives solutions. Your work will directly contribute to building trust, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening our global reputation for excellence.

*What You'll Be Doing*

  • Provide technical support and service coordination for local and regional customer cases
  • Conduct occasional on-site visits for advanced troubleshooting (approx. 20 travel days annually)
  • Engage directly with customers to understand technical challenges and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
  • Share learnings and best practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement
  • Support drive applications in cooperation with service and sales teams
  • Maintain ownership of service-related cases to ensure timely and effective resolution

*What We're Looking For*

  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience with variable speed drives, especially VLT and Vacon products (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Danish & English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and openness to new IT tools
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Systematic problem-solver with analytical depth and agile decision-making skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with readiness for a steep learning curve
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required
