About The Role
The
Aftermarket Sales Manager
will be responsible for developing and expanding new opportunities that support aftermarket growth of our customer base in the Nordic sub-region. The role will be key to lead aftermarket initiatives locally but also supporting EMEA level activities.

The Aftermarket Manager will be part of the Nordic commercial leadership and leading a team of 3 Aftermarket Account Managers. In this role, you will be working with key accounts and building long-term sustainable relationships to develop our Aftermarket sales business strategy. You will be leading a proactive sales approach to meet our Annual Operating Plan for Aftermarket in the Nordic sub-region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the aftermarket sales targets together with the team
  • Work with the commercial team to generate sales plans for key accounts and key opportunities.
  • Be responsible for all types of commercial conversations with customers, lead technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
  • Understand the internal products/technology and demonstrate the advantages ahead of the competition to deliver results.
  • Maintain an existing and in-depth knowledge about our products/services which relates to our customers' requirements, as well as market updates and competitor advancements.
  • Successfully collaborate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing technological commercial quotes and price management / approval.
  • Regional travel to attend customer meetings is expected (Nordic).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Extensive sales experience within engineering or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven team management skills.
  • Experience in aftermarket sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales volumes exceeding $20M.
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with solid technical understanding.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably C4C.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of a Nordic language and/or German is a plus.

  • Experience in the Nutrition and Health industry.
