As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will take the lead in delivering a world-class onboarding experience for our clients, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term satisfaction. You'll build scalable processes and become a key player in shaping how Performativ's customers experience our platform.

What you'll do

  • Manage multiple client onboarding projects in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Design and implement structured frameworks to support scalable, premium client experiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and product champion during the onboarding phase.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation and training materials.
  • Contribute to the development of our onboarding playbook to support future growth.
  • Identify and troubleshoot onboarding issues, working cross-functionally to resolve them quickly.
  • Support continuous improvement by analyzing onboarding performance and client feedback.
  • Provide input on product and operational improvements based on client insights.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in client onboarding, project management, or implementation within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with asset management, investment workflows, or family office operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in data quality and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with custodian data flows is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
