Who are we?

We're building Europe's fastest used car delivery network—connecting freelance drivers with buyers to enable delivery times never seen before. Think Uber, but for used car logistics. Backed by top Nordic investors and the founders/operators of Wolt & Swappie.

Why this role and why now?

Denmark has now been operating for a while, and it's time to take the next step. We've validated strong demand and customer fit — now we're ready to scale.

Role

This isn't just another sales role. You'll join our fast-growing Danish sales team to help scale what's already working — refining our approach, deepening customer relationships, and setting new standards for performance in a rapidly growing market.

Our journey so far:

  • H1 2024:
    First customers, validated idea, launched Germany–Finland and Sweden–Finland routes
  • Q3 2024:
    Hit €75k monthly revenue, signed first larger accounts (including two publicly listed companies), hired our first core team member
  • Q4 2024:
    Reached €150k monthly revenue and closed a €920k pre-seed round
  • Q1 2025:
    Built our driver pool in Germany, launched our platform for customers and drivers, reached €300k in monthly revenue
  • Q2 2025
    Launched Denmark, our first Demand market outside of Finland. Built driver pools in Sweden and Denmark. Monthly revenue €400k

Account Manager Denmark

  • Location
    : On-site in Copenhagen
  • Hybrid is negotiable if you are based in Fyn or Jylland.

Why this role is so important

  • Denmark is off to a strong start — now it's time to shift gears from early traction to full-scale growth. The market response has been clear, and we're doubling down to capture the opportunity.
  • As our
    Account Manager,
    you'll play a key role in taking our Danish operations from early traction to market leadership. You'll drive strategic sales initiatives, go-to-market approach, and build the foundations for a growing local team.
  • This is a high-impact role where you'll combine hands-on selling with building strong, long-term customer relationships — helping shape how Bahn Express expands beyond Denmark and across Europe.

What you'll do

  • Play a leading role in driving the Danish sales pipeline — from identifying opportunities and outreach to closing deals and managing accounts.
  • Identify and prioritize the most promising customer segments and channels for growth.
  • Evaluate and build relationships with larger accounts and strategic partners, focusing on long-term value and retention.
  • Work directly with our CEO, Matias, and Sales Director Antti (both based in Finland).
  • Help lay the groundwork for future sales hires in Denmark by refining our GTM playbook and local operations model.

What we're looking for

We're building the go-to logistics platform for used cars in Europe — enabling 2-day deliveries across the continent. To make that happen, we're looking for someone who can combine commercial drive with strategic thinking and execution.

You should have:

  • Non-negotiables:
    native Danish and fluent English.
  • Proven B2B sales experience
    , ideally covering the full cycle from prospecting to account management.
  • Ability to think
    strategically about market segments, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Strong track record in developing and closing larger or strategic accounts.
  • A high-performance mindset—you set the bar high and don't settle for average.
