About The Brand & Marketing Team
Our Brand & Marketing team is at the heart of positioning Truesec as a premium cybersecurity brand in all our markets. We work closely with experts and business units to strengthen our brand, drive lead generation, and create engaging content and events that educate and inspire. Collaboration across regions is key, and we are passionate about sharing knowledge and best practices to maximize our impact

About The Role
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of marketing initiatives with a primary focus on Denmark, while also supporting activities in other key markets. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Stockholm and across regions to ensure aligned and impactful marketing initiatives. The role requires some travel to our Stockholm headquarters as well as to other markets when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate marketing projects, mainly in Denmark, and support activities in other markets.
  • Work closely with the Brand & Marketing team in Stockholm to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Develop and run campaigns to generate leads (MQLs) and manage the handover to sales.
  • Plan and execute events (physical, digital, hybrid) to strengthen brand awareness and drive business opportunities.
  • Adapt marketing activities to local needs while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, with a focus on Denmark.

Your Potential Background

You are passionate about building brands and generating business value through marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing and executing marketing projects, ideally in a multi-market environment.
  • Experience generating MQLs through digital and offline channels.
  • Strong background in planning and executing events, campaigns, and brand-building activities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely within a Stockholm-based team.
  • Willingness to travel to the Stockholm headquarters and other markets as needed.

Bonus Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, evaluate, and report on marketing performance.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media, CRM systems).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a valid Danish work permit.
