Digital Customer Learning Specialist
Do you want to play a key role in scaling a global learning platform that empowers both colleagues and customers? Are you driven by working with digital tools and creating engaging learning experiences?
Here Is What The Job Entails
As our new Digital Customer Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), My Learning. You will play a key role in expanding My Learning across the business and for our customers. As the go-to person, you will manage and continuously improve the platform, supporting customer engagement and growth. You will help deliver scalable learning experiences by collaborating with colleagues and subject matter experts to transform their knowledge into impactful digital content.
More specifically, you will be:
- Managing and optimizing the LMS platform to ensure a seamless user experience
- Supporting colleagues in structuring and publishing learning content, while curating engaging digital materials
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Driving platform adoption and engagement through targeted communication, user support, and community management
- Monitoring usage data and continuously improve the platform based on insights and feedback
In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital learning — driving the development of scalable, high-impact learning experiences that empower both colleagues and customers across a global organization.
Meet your future team
Reporting to our Head of Commercial Solutions, you will join a team of 15 colleagues working with key commercial applications such as CMS, LMS, CPQ, Subscription Management, and AI solutions that support sales, marketing, and business units globally. Within the team, you'll experience a strong passion for improving customer experience and driving internal operational efficiency through digitalization. We challenge each other, learn together, and have fun along the way — because we believe a great team culture is key to our success.
Did you know? More than half of our team plays padel (though one insists tennis is cooler). Either way, you will need to be okay with a bit of sports chat during Monday meetings.
Less About Us, More About You
We are looking for someone who is curious and eager to learn. You do not need years of experience to succeed in this role — what matters most is having the right mindset.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you:
- Have a strong interest in digital learning, content creation, user experience, and communication
- Bring experience with LMS platforms or content creation tools (e.g., FUSE, Canva, video editing) – or are eager to learn
- Are structured, proactive, and enjoy working with digital tools
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate effectively, and aren't afraid to ask questions
- Are motivated by making learning accessible and engaging for others
As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.
Whilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position. If you find the role intriguing, do not hesitate to apply.
We are more than an ordinary workplace
We cherish the good colleagueship which we all contribute to, the only limit is your engagement. As we are a big organization you are bound to find one or more colleagues who share the same interest as you. This might be in our board game club, on our cycling team, during our yearly summer festival, or on the padel court. For example, our Team lead, Service Delivery is also our volunteer padel instructor while one of our Software Test Engineers run weekly spinning classes.
Besides the best colleagues you could imagine, we also offer:
- Work life balance through flexible working hours
- Employee benefits including a healthy canteen, fitness facilities, in-house dental clinic, hairdresser, and a free health clinic
- An active employee association that fosters a collaborative and supportive workplace community
- Beneficial health care and insurance package
