Role Description

Are you passionate about transforming data into insights and building real solutions that make an impact? We are looking for consultants with over 5 years' experience in data modelling, Power BI, and AI solution development, who want to take the next step in a dynamic environment that combines strategy, technology, and execution.

What you'll do:

As a consultant in our AI & Analytics team, you will:
  • Design and develop data models that enable efficient analytics and reporting
  • Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Support the development of AI and analytics solutions: from data preparation and feature engineering to prototyping and deployment. 
  • Work with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into scalable data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to build and optimise data pipelines and platforms. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by experimenting with new tools and techniques, promoting automation and best practices. 


Qualifications, we hope you will bring

You have a mix of technical know-how, analytical mindset, and business understanding and you enjoy turning data into something that creates value. 

We imagine you have:
  • 5+ years' of experience working with data analytics, BI or AI development
  • Strong skills in data modelling (e.g. dimensional models, star schema, data marts)
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data transformations, and visualisation design. 
  • Experience with SQL, and an understanding of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
    Basic experience with Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation and AI prototyping
  • Curiosity and motivation to work with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Azure AI, Coplot, or low-code AI builds)
  • A problem-solving mindset being pragmatic, curious and able to balance business understanding with technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills: able to bridge technical concepts and business outcomes
    • The ability to work in both Danish and English is considered a big plus
