Analyst (Student Assistant), Finance Systems & Service Enablement

In our optimized CIP Platform, CIP Fund Solutions – platform delivery company providing complex fund management and investment services – is looking for a Student Assistant (internally called Analyst) to join the Finance Systems & Service Enablement team in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Team

The Finance Systems & Service Enablement team sits under the CIP Fund Solutions' CFO and collaborates broadly with Finance, IT, Data, and several other teams to execute impactful projects. The team works globally with stakeholders in all our key regions (EMEA, APAC, and Americas).

Role

As an Analyst in Finance Systems & Service Enablement, your core responsibility is to support high-priority strategic and operational projects to ensure the efficiency and scalability of CIP's global businesses.

You will play an important role in supporting the team in executing key transformational initiatives across the Finance department, with a unique opportunity to work alongside many colleagues across various teams.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

• Creating executive-level presentations, training materials, status updates, and other deliverables

• Conducting intermediate-level data analysis and financial analysis in Excel

• Supporting the development and documentation of new and improved finance processes to improve efficiency in the business

• Learning the ins and outs of several finance software applications to ensure CIP FS can utilize and implement them

• Supporting the facilitation of workshops with finance and IT subject-matter experts

• Maintaining project timelines, activity trackers, resource plans, and risk logs

• Owning any ad-hoc / as-needed requests (must have a "do-it-all" mindset)

You

We are looking for a candidate in the third year of a bachelor's degree or in the first year of a master's degree in e.g., Economics, International Business, Finance, or another relevant field. You are motivated by transforming your theory into practical solutions and critical thinking.

We look for the following in a candidate:

• Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills

• Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• A strong skillset in Excel and PowerPoint

• Willingness to work in an international, fast-paced, and highly varied environment

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, as well as great communication skills
