Graduate Sales Manager role in Copenhagen

  • Develop and grow brand categories with major retailers.
  • Build joint business plans that deliver commercial growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a set of categories with one of Denmark's biggest retailers.
  • Create and deliver sales, category and brand strategies.
  • Analyse data and shopper behaviour to recommend growth initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers to influence decisions.
  • Take ownership of projects with measurable impact on business results.

Who We're Looking For

  • Final-year students (graduating Summer 2026) OR recent graduates with a
    Bachelor's degree or higher
    in any discipline.
  • Evidence of leadership, problem-solving ability, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in
    Danish and English
    (written & spoken).
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ambition, curiosity, and a
