Sales Manager (Norwegian speaking)

We are currently experiencing steady growth and need to scale our sales team also in Norway. Therefore, we are looking for a detail-oriented sales talent with a growth-mindset to become part of our passionate team.

Your Role in Our Company

As our new Sales Manager in Norway, you will be part of a solution-oriented sales team that works together to crack the code to gain more customers in Norway. Our sales team comprises ambitious individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of professional skills. DinnerBooking is the place where you can succeed in sales, as long as you have a social personality with a passion for the craft of sales and are data-driven.

Numbers speak clearly, and you find it highly motivating to improve your own track record and constantly seek new ways for customers to sign deals.

What You Need to Thrive in This Role

  • 1-3+ years of experience with outbound and inbound sales
  • A structured approach to sales, and the ability to improve your effort & pace
  • Ability to open doors and start dialogues
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Ability to work on site in Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Socially adept: Well-liked by your colleagues, driven by a genuine interest in others. You are empathetic, energetic, disciplined, and love to leave a lasting impression on everyone you meet.
  • Hands-on, proactive, with a structured mindset and the ability to self-motivate and self-improve.

Bonus Points for the Following

  • Previous experience with B2B sales (SaaS & technical solutions)
  • A track record of good results from previous jobs
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, and the ability to leverage such tools to boost your productivity and pace
