Marketing Specialist
to join their team in Copenhagen. This is a key role where you'll drive demand generation, execute multi-channel campaigns, and support customer acquisition in both core and emerging markets.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, you'll help accelerate growth, strengthen brand visibility, and bring the company closer to customers through a mix of digital marketing, local activation, and data-driven experimentation.

The Role:

  • Drive top-of-funnel lead generation and awareness across key and emerging markets.
  • Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (paid social, retargeting, email, organic social) to drive new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Support local go-to-market initiatives such as customer events, meetups, or other activations that increase awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales on account-based campaigns, targeted outreach, and tailored content to engage key prospects.
  • Leverage tools such as HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Create content and messaging that resonate with target audiences and strengthen the company's market positioning.
  • Optimize website performance and conversion rates (landing pages, sign-up flows, pricing pages, etc.) through A/B testing and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity).
  • Apply a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to continuously improve attribution, funnel performance, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals and customer insights.
  • Enhance marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to improve lead tracking, nurturing, and campaign effectiveness.

You:

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience combining digital marketing and on-the-ground activation (e.g. events or customer engagement initiatives) to drive awareness and leads.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and analytics platforms (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear reporting.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working closely alongside Sales and Product teams.
  • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Curious and creative, with a test-and-learn approach and a drive to continuously optimize results.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage but not required.
