About the job:

As a product developer, you will play a significant role in implementing new oral care products and processes from idea via product development to commercial production. Your innovative approach, technical expertise and collaborative skills will be critical to our success in the market.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop appealing and effective product formulations within our different product platforms (chewing gums, chewable tablets, and lozenges) to meet customer and market demands.

• Conduct experiments in laboratory and full scale to optimize formulation and process performance.

• Document all development processes and findings thoroughly.

• Collaborate with both customers and cross-functional teams to ensure integration of formulations into final products across various product platforms, aligning with regulatory requirements and target market specifications

• Work closely with suppliers to source appropriate ingredients and excipients for each product platform.

Experience & competencies:

• Minimum of a master's degree in food sciences, chemistry, biotechnology or a related field.

• Experience in product development and process implementation from food or nutraceutical/pharmaceutical industry.

• Understanding of powder and tableting technology and the ability to apply this knowledge in different product platforms will be an advantage.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create unique products with regards to taste and mouthfeel.

• Passion for developing products with exceptional taste experiences to consumers and driving product success in the market.

• Initiative and self-starting personality with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Meticulous and organized approach to manage multiple development projects and deadlines efficiently.

• Team oriented personality with a high interest and skills in collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external partners.

• Effective communication skills in English and Danish, both written and verbal.
