Your work will drive evidence generation that matters to payers, patients, and healthcare systems worldwide.

About The Role
You will develop and execute global HEOR and RWE strategies across the product lifecycle from early development to post-launch ensuring evidence aligns with payer, HTA, and market access requirements. Collaborating with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams, you will deliver economic models, global value dossiers, and real-world evidence to support pricing and reimbursement decisions.

Your Key Contributions

  • Lead strategic HEOR projects for LEO Pharma assets.
  • Develop economic models and HEOR tools to demonstrate product value.
  • Design protocols and collect real-world evidence to strengthen value propositions.
  • Support affiliates and global teams with payer-focused insights.
  • Contribute to HEOR publications and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement global HEOR strategies that support pricing, reimbursement, and market access objectives.
  • Create payer-relevant evidence packages, including cost-effectiveness models and budget impact analyses.
  • Manage literature reviews, meta-analyses, and indirect treatment comparisons for HTA submissions.
  • Deliver global materials for HTA and payer submissions (e.g., Global Value Dossier, economic models).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to validate HEOR strategies.
  • Monitor HTA decisions and apply insights to pipeline and marketed products.

About You
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for evidence-based decision-making. You thrive in global matrix environments and balance scientific rigor with business needs. Collaboration and influencing come naturally to you, and you bring curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to every challenge.

You Bring

  • Knowledge and experience in health economics, outcomes research, and evidence synthesis.
  • Ability to design HEOR strategies that impact payer and HTA decisions.
  • Skills in cost-effectiveness modeling and real-world evidence analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex projects across global teams.

Your Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HEOR experience in pharma, biotech, or consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with HTA submissions and economic modeling.
  • Knowledge of global market access and payer landscapes.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
