Lead Software Developer
til at bidrage til et teknisk udfordrende og strategisk betydningsfuldt produktområde. Rollen giver mulighed for at præge tekniske beslutninger, arbejde med kernefunktionalitet og integration samt bidrage til udviklingen af teamets kompetencer.

I denne stilling vil du være ansvarlig for at sikre kvalitet og robusthed i løsningen, tage føringen i komplekse udviklingsopgaver og samarbejde tæt med andre seniorudviklere, arkitekter og faglige eksperter. Du vil også spille en central rolle i teamets faglige udvikling og coaching af kolleger.

Nøgleansvarsområder:

  • Lede tekniske beslutninger og definere softwarearkitektur
  • Planlægge og gennemføre komplekse udviklingsopgaver
  • Bidrage til løsningens kvalitet gennem tæt samarbejde med udviklere, arkitekter og andre interessenter
  • Coache, vejlede og udvikle mindre erfarne teammedlemmer
  • Sikre effektiv kommunikation og koordinering på tværs af teams og projekter

Kompetencer og erfaring:

  • BSc og/eller MSc i Computer Science eller anden relevant uddannelse.
  • Minimum 5 års relevant erfaring i en lignende rolle
  • Solid erfaring med
    Java
  • Dokumenteret erfaring med softwarearkitektur og teknisk ledelse
  • Evne til at arbejde proaktivt, struktureret og resultatorienteret
  • Flydende i dansk og engelsk
