Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Communications

  • Coordinate internal and external brand/marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Manage content calendars and support content creation for newsletters, blogs, and internal communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence across social media channels.
  • Drive brand awareness and enhance our online reputation.

*Digital Marketing*

  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social).
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics and OKRs.
  • Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and asset libraries.

*Marketing Support*

  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and sales tools.

About You
You are a creative marketing professional with a "get up and go" attitude. You enjoy working in international environment and pay attention to details. You're passionate about growing your skills and continuously evolving as a marketing professional, with a strong drive to uphold and enhance brand excellence.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role (internships count).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Adobe, Canva, Google Analytics, Illustrator.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborative team player with solid time management skills.
  • Professional level English language skills.

*Bonus Points For*

  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube).
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or the data center / IT industry (a plus, not a must)
